Continuum offers two at-home specimen options within individualized primary and post-monitoring plans for healthcare professionals nationwide.
Continuum offers saliva and nail drug testing for healthcare professionals. The assigned specimen is not simply a matter of participant preference; it should fit the purpose, frequency, and requirements of the individual monitoring plan.
Both options can be incorporated into primary monitoring or post-monitoring testing. Participants receive instructions in advance, keep the assigned kits available at home, and complete selected collections through the required video-verification process.
The exact testing method is assigned as part of the monitoring plan. Continuum does not publish universal detection-window or accuracy claims because laboratory methods, panels, and individual circumstances can vary.
Saliva collection provides an at-home oral-specimen option that can be completed through video verification on an assigned testing day.
Nail collection provides an additional specimen option that may be incorporated when the monitoring plan calls for a different type of testing perspective.
The participant purchases the required saliva or nail kit online for delivery to the home.
Having the assigned kits on hand allows the participant to respond when a random testing notification arrives.
The collection is completed at home through the required video-verification process by the end of the selected day.
The completed test is secured in the provided prepaid shipping materials.
The sealed package is taken to an authorized FedEx location for laboratory delivery.
